Lime, chilli, ginger and coriander are wonderful to eat but they can play havoc with a wrongly paired wine.

Our wine list has been constructed to complement Vietnamese food and enhance the flavours that our menu has on offer.

Fresh clean wines such as Gewurtz, Pinot Gris and Rieslings are obvious matches. But you will also find perfectly matched blended wines.
