The Parlour: An Intimate Subterranean Dining Room
Since it was built in the late 19th century, the basement of the Excelsior building has been utilised as a tea, coffee & spice warehouse, bank vault & wine storage. The Parlour has since been transformed into an intimate subterranean dining room and bar available for private hire, reminiscent of a South East Asian speakeasy from a bygone era.
The space fits up to 20 people seated with banquet menu options available. A minimum spend and service fee apply.
